My Approach
I am a professionally qualified integrative counsellor. Integrative counselling is a combined approach to psychotherapy/counselling that brings together different elements of specific therapies within my practice. I have 14 years of experience and I honed my counselling, mentoring and assistant clinical lead skills & experiences whilst working within associated voluntary and charitable organisations. My counselling experiences include Individual therapy & counselling and couples or relationship counselling.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling (MBACP) and a Professional Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (PAMNCS). I am required to adhere to their guidelines. I have full insurance for my practice ensuring a high standard of professional care.
